Common questions
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. On the web, go to Settings. This permanently removes your account and everything in it: conversations, memories, notes, tasks, goals and attachments.
- How do I see or remove what Scolly AI remembers about me?
- Open Memories. Every memory can be edited or deleted there. Scolly AI suggests new ones in the background, and nothing is saved until you approve it.
- A reply was wrong or inappropriate. How do I report it?
- Tap the flag under the reply and choose what’s wrong with it. Our team reviews every report.
- How do I connect or disconnect Google Calendar?
- Open Settings and find Google Calendar. You can choose which calendars Scolly AI reads, or disconnect at any time. Scolly AI always asks before adding an event.
- How do I play my daily briefing with Siri?
- Turn on the daily briefing in Settings, then say “Play my briefing in Scolly AI” to Siri (iOS 17 or later).
